Dave Leininger is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed to practice in Minnesota and Florida.
Dave formed LeiningerCPA, Ltd. in 1986 to focus on building in-depth relationships with non-profit and board-managed organizations.
GET TO KNOW DON
Don Leininger is Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Minnesota.
Don focuses on providing advisory business coaching and financial analysis to help non-profits and small businesses be more intentional about optimizing their results and quality of life.
GET TO KNOW ANDREA
Andrea Leininger is the firms communications and marketing director.
Most recently, Andrea completed a 30 year career at Fed Ex, where she was their lead customer service and problem resolution representative.
GET TO KNOW LAUREL
Laurel Gaard is the firms auditing and consulting professional.
Laurel has 30 years of experience as a church business administrator, including financial systems and payroll. She is a member of The Church Network and the Twin Cities Metro chapter.
Our team has served in various financial and other leadership capacities at our own churches and in church-related and other community organizations. We are active in the American Institute of CPA’s, the Minnesota Society of CPA’s, the Christian Leadership Alliance, and The Church Network, and are speakers at various industry groups.
- For example, Dave has recently presented seminars on:
- Eligibility for the Employee Retention Credit (ERC)
- Best Practices in Financial Reporting and Dashboarding
- Moderated a panel discussion on Financial Reporting Practices at the AICPA’s national convention.
- Dave also was the recipient of the Minnesota Society of CPA’s 2014 Special Service Award.
- Dave has also earned AICPA’s Not-for-Profit (NFP) Certificate II.
